More more and more fabulousness from J.H Couture. Jada Humby is a mesh creating machine lately. Each release seems cuter than the last. Today's offering is the funky strapless 'Malika' dress. Available in ten colours ranging from a cool white to the vivid red and cyan shown. The dress comes with a matching belt and mesh sizes XXS to L.

The hair worn in the first and second picture are group gifts from ""D!va"". There are some really unusual styles available. Marisa Kira is very generous with group gifts, the group is free to join.

Capsule Wardrobe

J.H.Couture latest release is the 'Victoria' mesh dress. This is definitely a staple item for your SL wardrobe. With a V neckline and a hem line hitting mid calf, this is a very classic dress. Worn alone or teamed with a shirt or jacket you will find endless occasions to wear this elegant dress. Mesh sizes included are XXS to L. The dress is available in seven colours.

In all but one of the pics I am wearing another release by Jada Humby, the 'Caprice' mesh high heels.The shoe is another classic item for your capsule wardrobe and available in 11 colours.

More meshie goodness today.

The 'Samique' dress is from Zibska. The shift dress has a 1960s vibe both in it's shape and print. I am wearing it in red but it is also available in jungle print and wave print. It's part of an ensemble which includes eel skin heels and a very funky looking hat.. Mesh sizes included are small, medium and large. What I really like about this dress is that it doesn't make my a$$ look HUGE! lol.

The Olivie earrings are also from Zibska and are my favourite style, big and bold.

The shoes are the always classic Baby T's from Pixel Mode. The Betty hair is from Dark Mouse. It was a group gift in February 2011.

52 Weeks of Colour-Dandelion

Dance ballerina dance..

This week I went inventory diving for my outfit. Typing 'dandelion' into my inventory resulted in a big fat zero. Next on my list was' lemon' which found me the frou frou skirt from Sn@tch. The skirt reminded me of a ballerina skirt and the idea for this weeks colour challenge was born.

Blowing the layers of dust from my 'retired skins' folder, I found a past (really long past) gift from Lelutka the 'Lola' skin and hair attachment. I got this skin in 2010 and it still looks nice I think.

I remembered seeing a ballerina photo prop on Gogo's blog a while ago. It was the perfect thing for this weeks pictures. 'Swan Lake' from (by Kraft) contains the photo prop,seven static poses and a ballerina outfit all for L$75, more information here

My off the shoulder shirt is the 'Pietra' bodysuit from R.cielli and my ballerina shoes (I tinted them) are part of the Swan Lake pose prop.

52 Weeks of Colour-Dark Raspberry

Don't these weeks just fly by? no sooner have I finished one colour and we seem to be onto the next.

I wanted to build an outfit around the amazing mesh jeans from J.H Couture. I have looked high and low for good mesh jeans and finally found the *Anika*  jeans. They are available in black, blue, grey, night blue and black, mesh sizes- extra extra small to large are included.

I am wearing one of the many many colours of the layering t-shirt from Jane. This was a freebie a while ago, not sure it's still available. I teamed it with the classic white shirt from Connors.

I threw in a couple of similar shades with my shoes and bag. The shoes are from Coco and the bag is part of the latest 60L$ weekend item from Purple Moon.

I splashed out today on the Eos2 skin. Ricielli must be among the most generous stores in SL. Currently there is a 50L$ sale on clothing and accessories, a valentines hunt and half price sale on skins. Ricielli is one of my favourite stores in SL, so I am an extremely happy girl today. The hair worn is one of the valentines hunt gifts (15L$).

Some big bold jewellery from Ticky Tacky completed my dark raspberry look.

The Rear Of The Year

Leather pants? Mesh? yes please :)

The 'Willow' leather pants* are one of the newest releases from J.H. Couture  and are simply fabulous. Available in black, brown, mocca and wine. Sizing! each pack has five mesh sizes: extra extra small, extra small, small, medium and large. So the chances of not finding your size are very unlikely.

Some of the other designers mesh pants I have tried seem a little bulky around the waist, not these beauties they are svelte and so so smexy. TP over to J.H Couture and check these beauties out for yourselves.

52 Weeks of Colour-Folly!

I thought I would breeze through this weeks colour. I took a quick glance at it last week on Luna's blog and thought yep! deep pinky/cerise. The reality of it was deep pinky/cerise was so not the shade of pink needed. Ooops!

So after throwing myself around the grid and the Marketplace, tp'ing home complaining about finding nothing, then repeating the whole thing for what seemed like hours. I chose the Vanity Affair dress from Alexohol.

I popped the tie blouse from Izzies underneath the dress and opted for the retro looking short do from Tram. The shoes are one of the 'Women's Stuff  Hunt' items. N-core shoes, free!! do I need to say more?

The outfit then looked very preppy/uniform like.hmmm so what sort of pic could I take? Inspiration came to me via a conversation I was having. A violin was mentioned (yep random conversation rule) and the obligatory light bulb popped up over my head. Yep! in my inventory I did indeed have a violin and "Music Please Maestro" Asia was ready for her solo.

Mesh Crazy

I built today's outfit around the amazing 'Asym' cardigan from Crazy. I loved the style and shape of the cardi and I am always a sucker for earth/neutral tones.

The wide legged mesh pants from Jane were a perfect accompaniment.

To add just a splash of colour I added the teal shoes which are the Women's Stuff hunt gift from N-Core (more info here) and a matching belt from R.icielli. (Don't forget the 50L$ SALE is still running at R.icielli)

Hair and skin are provided by 'April' from Milano and 'Chloe' in tan by Belleza.

A tone on tone outfit with a splash of colour, simple but stylish.

52 Weeks of Colour-Alice Blue!

Hoping to do a bit of a multi tasking post here. Obviously it's my post for Luna' challenge but also a sneaky nod to Gogo's lingerie challenge.

Alice blue! what a conundrum you are. Wiki describes the colour as a pale azure, Luna's swatch looked almost white to me. So after scratching my head and stalking the search engines I decided to use the palest blue I could find, which happened to be lingerie.

It's another one of the old items from Phoenix Rising (available only on the Marketplace now)

I rummaged around in my SL make up bag and found a pink pearl shadow from Baiastice and the ultra glossy lips from R.icielli (part of the Raina skin pack)..either I am going for luscious lips or chapped lips with too much lip balm on, not sure really :). I am also wearing the orginal Eos skin which is no longer available.

I am wearing one of the newer releases by Truth. I don't wear a lot of hair from there nowadays but the 'Leesa' style caught my eye, loving the fringe (bangs)

My jewellery choices consist of a gold collar which was part of the 'When You Sleep' mesh kimono from BareRose and the 'Paulinha' earrings from Finesmith, which were a gift from my sweetie. so mwahhh mwahh.
